If you purchased the Xbox game and were not satisfied with it, you can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date and if you haven’t accumulated a significant amount of play time. To delete an Xbox account from your console, press the “Xbox” button, select “Profile & system”, “Settings”, “Account”, and “Remove accounts”. After this, choose the profile that you want to remove and select “Remove”.

If you want to redeem an Xbox gift card to make Xbox purchases and extend your Xbox subscriptions, follow “Redeem codes & gifting” on the “Subscriptions & billing” page of the official company’s site, click on “How to redeem gift cards and codes”, open “Expand all”, and click on “Redeem your code or gift card” button. I never spoke to an actual person. Automated person said no one could help my issue. I call numerous times with numerous number and never got any type of help or assistance at all.

Need to be able to change my valid email onto my xbox account

on my Xbox I have an old dead email on it currently it no longer in use and the other email address that you have under my account is no longer valid. I have a new email that I'd like to add to my Xbox account so when I earn rewards, I can be able to use them as it stands now if I earn rewards and try to do anything, it goes to an account that I can't get to.

There was no answer to my question in live chat or on this on the phone there was no phone call so I'd really like to get this resolved but it's a bit complicated so it would be great to talk to a live person if possible I am a 73 year-old woman blind in my right eye so that makes it kind of difficult I do enjoy my xbox and I want to be able to use my rewards, but I can't because you keep sending codes to a dead email so I don't know if you can help me or if I there's no point in me earning rewards if I can't use them is there so please let me know how we can resolve this all I want to do is delete the two emails that you presently have from my account and put in my new account that does work and I receive emails to and from this shouldn't be so hard but it seems to be. I just keep going around and around.

Zero customer service support on my call at all. I did everything that was asked to do on the website and still got a BS recording. Thanks for nothing and a 50% increase in our bill.

I tried for about 3 hours to try and figure out how to file a claim on faulty merchandise. In the end because I didn’t register the item on Microsoft.com when I bought it I could not do nothing through the website and there is no way to talk to anyone and get help. So odds are if it breaks your stuck with faulty product.
