- No respect for customers they do not care
Preferred solution: I know they don't make my console anymore but just send me a Xbox X series in the place of the Xbox one s that got bricked after the system update
I need help to get three of my usernames back on my Xbox One
I restart my console instead I went to the settings to the console info and I restart my console and I click on the restart console to keep my games and apps and it deleted three of my usernames Rhearipley and Paige2017 and XxArashi1Xx3 on my Xbox One and now I don't know how to get them back on Xbox one

So, for the last 2 days, I have started up my console and each time I have done so, I log in and find that my Xbox is not connected to the interent. I take a look at my network settings and it tells me "Can't connect to your wireless network.
Try restarting your router." I have done that each time and each time I use my Xbox I have to power cycle the router box an additional time than the last. This is getting annoying. I have just fine internet connection because Im currently typing all of this while connected to my wifi and it works just fine. But your product does not seem to want to care about that at all.
I want solutions. Your app is a waste of time and has no real help to give out

As I'm sure any savvy consumer or reasonable person might guess, nothing has happened, have not been contacted by Xbox or MS, they seem quite happy to take money for faulty products and ignore the issue. Nice.
This is not acceptable. MS products are inferior, despite being marketed as premium products. This is the fourth Xbox Series X controller that I have had experience drifting of the joystick. FOUR CONTROLLERS ALL HAD THE SAME PROBLEM.
This is clearly not a fluke and must be an intentional practice by MS manufacturers. Absolutely unfair and anti-consumer business practices. They are already the subject of an ongoing class action lawsuit in the US re: Xbox One controller drift. Clearly MS never saw a reason to improve their products, despite creating a new model of see-through controllers.
Looks pretty. Does not work as advertised. This should be, and probably is, illegal according to implied warranty and consumer protection laws, at least in Canada. You should replace my faulty product for a working one, but I seriously doubt you will.
Never buying any Xbox or MS product again. Gamesir G7 HE has Hall Effect, which prevents stick drift and adds reliability and longevity to the product's life cycle. For some reason MS is too cheap and scummy to implement this system. You do not deserve to have money.
Beyond disappointed. Feels unfair and like there is no real recourse. The right thing to do would be to provide me with a functioning replacement instead of hiding behind paltry 3-month warranty.
The faultiness of these products is intentional to scam well-meaning users and supporters of Xbox products and services out of hard-earned money. Never again.
