Hi, my son accidentally spent a lot of money he wasn't supposed to on my husband's Xbox. I'm trying to see if I can get it back; he's never done this before.

I tried to scratch the card and it doesn't read it and the code I can't read it and it was ruined because I was too strong

I unplugged it from my dad's house, put it in the Xbox bag, and then when I got home, it didn't want to work. I noticed that the back of the HDMI was damaged on the Xbox.

I don't know how it happened. I just took it apart like I always do and put it in the bag separately.

Well, I went to go put in the code and I hit enter and it basically said this code is not been active yet contact merchant to activate this code so thats what Im doing

Hi, I bought an Xbox card at Walmart and the code is damaged. I was told by a Walmart associate to contact you with my proof of purchase and the back of the card number.

Please help me get my code. Thanks.

Well my system is old but I thought I could get online. So I called Xbox micro soft.

That didn't help at all. I chatted or text the Xbox support team. That was going great until that didn't then to me surprise there's a small fee which my card keep declining. I don't know why that happen.

And the only other option I have is to weight til the afternoon. Call my card company say a few words with them then come back here to finish trying to connect to online gaming.

I preordered a game and cant even play it literally trying to have me buy it again. I shouldnt get or be charged twice for something Ive already paid for.

Thats bad business and for them to say it successfully was paid through email then turn around and say it failed on the Xbox is totally fraudulent. I had 134.99 taken off of my account now all of sudden its nowhere to be found.

Microsoft account hacked and stolen- original email address was squeaktalon@***.com (has since been changed to kasperrolands@***.com for security) but was changed by the hacker to markhanlon2018@***.com password and phone number were also changed/removed (phone number was 1-41*-***-****)

My Grand Theft Auto Plus subscription went out, so I changed my card info to one that can constantly pay for GTA Plus, and it didn't automatically charge me. So I bought it, and I thought after I bought it, it would kick me to GTA and wouldn't make me try and buy it again, but it didn't.

So I went on GTA and still didn't have it, and Xbox didn't even give me the 'it's all yours' or anything like that. So I just want at least one refund for the double charge.

Bought the Xbox bundle I already had with the 75k VC and clothes, and the transaction was cancelled, so I didn't get the VC, but they took my money.
