So, for the last 2 days, I have started up my console and each time I have done so, I log in and find that my Xbox is not connected to the interent. I take a look at my network settings and it tells me "Can't connect to your wireless network.
Try restarting your router." I have done that each time and each time I use my Xbox I have to power cycle the router box an additional time than the last. This is getting annoying. I have just fine internet connection because Im currently typing all of this while connected to my wifi and it works just fine. But your product does not seem to want to care about that at all.
I want solutions. Your app is a waste of time and has no real help to give out

As I'm sure any savvy consumer or reasonable person might guess, nothing has happened, have not been contacted by Xbox or MS, they seem quite happy to take money for faulty products and ignore the issue. Nice.
This is not acceptable. MS products are inferior, despite being marketed as premium products. This is the fourth Xbox Series X controller that I have had experience drifting of the joystick. FOUR CONTROLLERS ALL HAD THE SAME PROBLEM.
This is clearly not a fluke and must be an intentional practice by MS manufacturers. Absolutely unfair and anti-consumer business practices. They are already the subject of an ongoing class action lawsuit in the US re: Xbox One controller drift. Clearly MS never saw a reason to improve their products, despite creating a new model of see-through controllers.
Looks pretty. Does not work as advertised. This should be, and probably is, illegal according to implied warranty and consumer protection laws, at least in Canada. You should replace my faulty product for a working one, but I seriously doubt you will.
Never buying any Xbox or MS product again. Gamesir G7 HE has Hall Effect, which prevents stick drift and adds reliability and longevity to the product's life cycle. For some reason MS is too cheap and scummy to implement this system. You do not deserve to have money.
Beyond disappointed. Feels unfair and like there is no real recourse. The right thing to do would be to provide me with a functioning replacement instead of hiding behind paltry 3-month warranty.
The faultiness of these products is intentional to scam well-meaning users and supporters of Xbox products and services out of hard-earned money. Never again.

After reading your whining over how your controller got damaged after the warranty ended I see you have 2 options. 1.
Beg support to give you any mercy and see if your controller may receive service. 2. Go through the legal way, you say its "illegal", try getting a lawyer.
Xbox would destroy you in a second, in court. You can also get a new controller too.

I was getting a haircut when I tried to check if anyone was online on the Xbox app when I noticed I was suspended from Xbox, giving me a notice. The last time I was on the game was the same morning between 1-4 am, but there was no reason for a ban if I wasn't on.

The reason for my review is all I need to do is talk to someone with Xbox. Why can’t they have a conversation on the phone? I’m trying to access my old account
I cannot access my account because my email is old and I no longer use it. My number I cannot use because I change number so I no longer can use my number either.
I forgot my password I need to speak with someone so tell me how hard is it to get a hold of somebody nobody wants to work or they obviously dont care about somebody then I get a email from Microsoft saying sorry we couldnt help you. We didnt have enough information. Well maybe if you could speak to me, I could give you information instead of trying to do this all online because yall too lazy to answer the phone.
Call the Xbox customer support and it says to connect online. Yall need to do better and get a phone service.

Cloud gaming is not working
I have been using Xbox Cloud for a couple of months, but y'all keep having some problems. Now I don't really want to buy Ultimate because of the issues.
