Hello how are you doing I have a Xbox one x which Microsoft claims is one of the strongest devices they have created. so can you explain to me why I cannot play the new games that come out and the funny thing is when I went on my ps4 I saw that I could play the new games even though the ps4 running capabilities are much lower than the xbox .therefore explain to me how my xbox one x which is clearly stronger cannot handle the new games that come out .
This is a part of a scam which you trying to get me to buy a new Xbox to be able to play new games .my hands are tied I have no other options and I also cannot afford a new console. please tell me what can I do at this point should I sell all my things to get a new console or should I switch to PlayStation who clearly care more about customers.
